103 donate blood at Karmad

Aurangabad, July 10:

The 'Lokmat Raktacha Naata' initiative started on the occasion of the birth anniversary of freedom fighter and founder editor of Lokmat Jawaharlalji Darda alias Babuji is getting spontaneous response in the district. In all, 103 people spontaneously donated blood in the camp held at Karmad on Saturday.

The camp was inaugurated by MLA Haribhau Bagade at 10 am at Shrihari Auto Karmad Market Committee. On this occasion, Lokmat Editor in Chief Rajendra Darda, former MLC Dr Kalyan Kale, Vilas Autade, ZP president Meena Shelke, Panchayat Samiti chairperson Chhaya Ghagre, Congress committee tehsil president Ramrao Shelke, Zilla Vyapari Mahasangh president Jagannath Kale, Sajanrao Mate, Sarpanch Kailash Ukirde, Damuanna Navpute, Dutta Ukirde, Ashok Shinde, Sudhakar Shinde and others were present.

Special cooperation:

Special cooperation for the blood donation camp was received from Vasti hala Shikshak, Perkins Company, All political parties, social workers and Lokmat Aurangabad tehsil team.
