Aurangabad, Feb 14:

Two teachers from a higher secondary school were booked with Kannad Police Station for allegedly harassing a minor student at Kannad tehsil of the district on Friday.

However, the matter came to light on Saturday. The teachers identified as Anup Rathod (30) and Sandeep Shikhre (32) have been at large since then.

According to details, three students along school principal went to a laboratory for cleaning on Friday. Since the laboratory was locked, the principal went to bring while two girls for bringing broom. The victim was standing near the laboratory.

Anup Rathod and Sandeep Shikhre called her to a nearby room and teased her. The frightened minor girl rushed to the home and informed her parents when they returned in the evening. Her mother is labour on a farm while her father was in Aurangabad city for some work.

The victim, along with parents, reached the police station and lodged a complaint against the duo. The case was registered against the teachers Friday late at night.

The accused has been at large as soon case was registered. Police have launched a search to nab the accused. PSI Pradeep Bhivsane is on the case.
