In all, 26 Corona suspects found positive on Wednesday. For details, refer to the box given below.

Patients found in the city are from Nashik Road area, Thackeraynagar, Golatgaon, N-12 Hudco, Ghati area (One each). Ulkanagari, Others (Two each).

Patients found in the rural areas are from Aurangabad, Kannad, Paithan (One each). Gangapur - 5, Vaijapur - 9.

1029078 persons vaccinated in district

In all, 1029078 persons (first and second doses) have been vaccinated till July 21. In all, 1340 persons were vaccinated on Wednesday including 640 from the rural area and 700 in the city. In all, 501786 persons have been vaccinated in the rural areas, of which, 389078 took first dose while 112708 took second dose. In all, 527292 persons have been vaccinated in the city, of which, 384959 took first dose while 142333 took second dose.

1 dies; total deaths: 3478

A 35 years old man from Porgaon, Paithan died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).

Total patients: 1,47,082

Cured - 1,43,329

Discharged today: 38 (City 04 34 rural)

Active: 275

Deaths: 3478 (01 dies on Wednesday)
