The toppers of different undergraduate and postgraduate courses were honoured with the gold medal in name extension day ceremony of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University held on Thursday.
Commissioner of Social Justice Department Dr Prashant Narnawre and vice-chancellor Dr Pramod Yeole presented the gold medals to the students who topped during October-November 2020 session examinations.
Pro-VC Dr Shyam Shirsath, registrar Dr Jaishree Suryavanshi, director of Board of Examination and Evaluation Dr Yogesh Patil were present.
Names of some of the toppers are Maruti Kharat (M A Marathi), Mayuri Nikam and Pragati Korde (M A English), Anil Raimal (B A English), Aishwarya Tak (BJ), Aarti Ghugre (B Sc), Ajit Wavre (MSc Chemistry), Sumedh Chavan (M Sc Botany), Manohar Mhaske (Statistics).
