3 lecture series in Hindi Department

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The Hindi Department and Student Welfare Department of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) will organise three lecture series from March 3 to 5.

Prominent poet Indrajit Bhalerao will present his thoughts on 'Kabir: Saint, Reformer and Poet' in the Mahatma Gandhi Lecture Series at 11 am on March 3 while Dr Madhav Sontakke, former head of the Hindi department, will preside over the function.

Dr Kailas Ambhure (director, Student Development Department) will be the special guest. Renowned thinker Principal Sunil Kumar Lavte will speak on the second day on March 4 under the V L Kulkarni Lecture Series while noted thinker and former head of the Marathi Department Dr Pralhad Lulekar will preside over the function.

Another thinker from Nanded Dr Vishwadhar Deshmukh will share his thoughts on Discovery and Youths on March 5 under the Narhar Kurundkar Lecture Series.

Dr Ram Chavan, Principal of Model College, will chair the session. Convener Dr Sudhakar Shendge and department head Dr Rathod appealed to all to avail of the programme.
