Four persons were booked with MIDC Waluj Police Station on Sunday for allegedly beating up a couple at Sajapur over a trivial issue.

According to details, Rajesh Parsingh Rajpute lives at Sajapur with family members. Rajesh was at home at 3 pm on Sunday when Mamta Prajapati locked the gate of his house. Neelukumari, the wife of Rajesh, asked Mamta about the reason for locking the gate. They had a heated exchange of words. Neelukumari tried to make her calm.

Mamta’s husband Ajay, Rashmi Prajapati and Neetu Prajapati abused and beat up Neelukumari and Rajesh. On the basis of the complaint given by Rajesh, a case was registered against four persons with MIDC Waluj Police Station,
