ABVP demands reopening colleges
Aurangabad, Feb 2:
Members of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) staged a demonstration in front of different city colleges on Tuesday demanding to reopen colleges.
The ABVP leaders that life is returning to normalcy and market, malls, theatre, bus service and secondary schools were reopened, then why not college. So, they announced State-wide agitation for the demand.
Its office-bearers and students demonstrated in front of colleges like Deogiri College, Vivekanand College, S B College, Shivchhatrapati College.
Parishad’s Mahanagar Mantri Niketan Kothari, Shymasundar Sodgir, Ambadas Mevankar, Nagesh Galande, Umakant Panchal, Rishikesh Kekan, Umesh Muley, Gajanan Ghadamode and others participated in the agitation.
They also threatened to intensify agitation if the Government fails to take a decision immediately.
