Aurangabad, Feb 12:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has invited the citizens to participate in the drive to clean Kham River from 7 am to 10 am on February 13.

Under the state government's Majhi Vasundhara project, the AMC, Aurangabad Smart City Development Corporation Limited (ASCDCL) and EcoSattav have undertaken the task of cleaning the river as well as planting saplings on the banks of the water body. Hence the citizens, NGOs, educational organisations etc. should participate in large number, said the AMC administrator A K Pandey.

The drive will be implemented from the bridge near Barapulla Gate. Aurangabad Cantonment Board and Varroc are also supporting the project.
