Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

A man was assaulted over an old dispute in Waluj MIDC, leading to a case being registered against three individuals at the Waluj MIDC police station.

Rahul Vishwas Rathod was on his way home from Endurance Company when Chaitanya Panpatte, Vaibhav Pathare and an unidentified person arrived on a motorcycle near NRB Company and attacked him with a stick, an iron pipe and kicks and punches. The assault, stemming from a previous workplace dispute, left him injured. Rahul informed his company supervisor, Santosh Bhagwat, who later admitted rahul to a hospital. Following the incident, the Waluj MIDC police registered a case against the accused.
