Aurangabad, May 9:

An auto-rickshaw driver and others were booked with MIDC Cidco Police Station on Thursday for allegedly pelting stones.

According to details, trader Daulat Khan Babu Khan Pathan (57) parked his car in front of his house.

His neighbours Matin and Nazim came there in an auto-rickshaw at Pushpak Garden at 5.30 pm on May 6. Daulat Khan asked them to drive carefully as they may hit the car. The auto-rickshaw dashed against the car.

This resulted in the heated exchange of fire. Later, Matin, Nazim, along with seven to eight persons, beat up Daulat Khan and his family. They also threw stones towards and damaged it. Daulat Khan made a complaint with the police against the accused.
