The 42 years old Café owner at Nirala Bazar area and the girl, 20 years younger than him developed love relations and wanted to get married. On May 23, both of them went to a marriage bureau to get married. However, considering the age difference between them, the director refused to perform the marriage. Hence, he put mangal sutra in her neck and both exchanged garlands in the car. Later, he took her to the Pundliknagar police station and told the police that they are married and their relatives are opposing their marriage. Hence, there is a danger for their lives, they told the police. Meanwhile, their relatives also came to the police station and told that the bride is 20 years younger to him and their marriage is unlawful. The police and her relatives then counseled her and told that there would be complication in the marriage due to the age difference. Then, the girl was convinced and agreed to return to her parents.
