The capacity of DCH was increased from 200 beds to 300 beds. As a result, the other patients have to go the GMCH. Around 1500 patients come to GMCH daily and 40 to 50 deliveries ae conducted here.

The Corona patients have decreased for the past 15 days. Hence, out of 300 beds at DCH, 172 are vacant presently. Similarly, 200 normal deliveries and 25 caesarean surgeries were conducted in a month, before the Corona phase.
