Buying house will be beneficial for investors

Aurangabad, June 26: : We are witnessing signs of rapid development in construction sector. Disappointed after investing money in other avenues, investors are now putting money in construction industry. Mahalaxmi builder’s Dr Swapnil Kulkarni said that investing in house will always be better than other options. He said that banks have reduced interest on fixed deposits (FDs) so people do not prefer FDs now. Credit Cooperative Societies give more interest but often instances of corruption in these societies come to the fore and many have gone bankrupt. So, people are not ready to risk their money. Uncertainty in share market meant that investors do not get satisfactory results there also. However, people can always expect rise in the value of real estate properties and as a consequence good returns in the construction industry.

Therefore, investors are buying flats, row houses and shops and renting them out. They earn money from rent after purchasing a flat. People will get more price for a flat if they sell the same after five to six years. City is developing due to DMIC project. There are some small and big companies and new companies are arriving here. Officers and workers search a house on rent near their companies. Reputed city builders have developed housing projects near industrial areas. Investors are purchasing flats and renting them out for earning steady income. Flat prices will rise upto Ganeshotsav due to rising prices of land and construction material. So, Dr Swapnil Kulkarni said that it will be beneficial to invest in a house.
