CEO orders to maintain correspondence files at different section-levels

Aurangabad, May 6:

The Zilla Parishad chief executive officer (CEO) Mangesh Gondawale has alerted all the heads of its sections to resume the functioning of the inward-outward section at their section level on priority.

It may be noted that the ZP administration had established a centralised e-Office to handle day-to-day written communication, correspondence, etc made by its various sections. The system helps in tracking the status of correspondence files. Meanwhile, the construction of ZP's new building is proposed. Hence, the old building, around the main administrative building, will be demolished. Accordingly, all the sections in the old building had been shifted to different locations. Hence it has become impossible to maintain the correspondence of various sections through e-Office. Hence the ZP CEO ordered to resume its functioning at the respective section level.
