Aurangabad, June 27:

An 18 years old collegiate girl committed suicide by hanging herself in the kitchen of the house at Mulumchi Bazar area near Vitthal Mandir behind Mohan Talkies on Sunday at around 12 noon. The deceased has been identified as Esha Rajesh Tangadpalli. The reason of the suicide was not known. Isha was a first year student at Kohinoor College, Khuldabad. While pursuing studies, she was also working in a medical shop in the city as the family's financial condition was weak.

On Sunday morning, her father and mother went on their work. Isha was at home with her grandmother, elder sister, and younger brother. At around noon, the family members noticed that she was hanging. They shouted for help, and the nearby residents gathered.

She was taken to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in an unconscious condition where the doctors declared her dead after the examination. A case of accidental death has been registered at the City Chowk police station.
