They solve customers' problems on the phone or directly visit them. Construction industrialists adjust such expenditure from their pocket or contribution from society. They solve customers' problems or guide them even though it is not under their responsibility. Harmonious relations are being built between construction industrialists and customers due to the best service provided at customers’ door. Patil said that such a positive atmosphere is very helpful for achieving sustainable development of Aurangabad city.
