Aurangabad, Feb 2:

The divisional commissioner Sunil Kendrekar today has inspected the ongoing development works, which were inaugurated by the chief minister Uddhav Thackeray at Garware Stadium, in December 2020.

Kendrekar inspected the road construction from Prozone Mall to Kalagram, water tank at Garware Sports Complex and proposed Sports Complex at Chikalthana. The district collector Sunil Chavan and the municipal commissioner A K Pandey also accompanied him.

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation's city engineer S D Panzade, in charge of solid waste management Nandkishore Bhombe, executive engineer Hemant Kolhe, Kiran Dhande and civic officials were also present on occasion.

It is learnt that the chief minister would be on the city's tour in a couple of days. As a result, the divisional commissioner held inspection to obtain details of the development works inaugurated by him during the last year, prior to his arrival.
