Aurangabad, July 4:

Dr Govind Harba Kale, a Senate member of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu), was appointed member of Maharashtra State Commission for Backward Class. The State Government set up the nine-member commission.

Principal secretary of the Government J P Gupta issued the appointment letter of the members. Dr Govind Kale, who was appointed from the Marathwada region, is Bamu Senator and member of Osmanabad sub-centre Board. He strived aggressively for the issue of ad hoc teachers.
