Aurangabad, June 26: Dr Shrikant Sahasrabudhe was elected chairman and Dr Sharad Biradar secretary of the Aurangabad branch of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM) for two years (2021-2023).

Other office-bearers are: Treasurer - Dr Yogesh Deogirikar; executive members - Dr Avinash Tribhuvan, Dr Sudhir Deshpande, Dr Gitesh Dalvi, Dr Prashant Akulvar, Dr Rohan Gundre and Dr Pradeep Taur.

Dr Sahasrabudhe is practising for the last 18 years as Consultant Intensivist and presently is the director and head of the department of Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonology at Medicover Hospital. Dr Biradar is working as Consultant Intensivist at Manik Hospital and Dr Deogirikar is Consultant Intensivist at ORIION Citicare Hospital.

Dr Sahasrabudhe expressed confidence of uplifting image of Aurangabad on national forum in terms of advanced treatment strategies in ICU.
