Aurangabad, April 29:

The Maharashtra University Health Science has decided to allow final-year health science courses students to transfer their internship to nearby colleges considering COVID outbreak.

The students of different health science courses of winter batch 2020 whose result is not declared yet can apply in the prescribed format for the internship transfer up to May 15.

The courses included BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS and BPMT.

The university has declared the result of MBBS only. The MUHS has framed the rules governing internship training programme for final year pass-out candidates.

Registrar Dr Kalidas Chavan in a notification issued on April 27 stated that the students desirous of transfer to another college for doing an internship would have to apply to the university in the prescribed form and the necessary document fee before the cut-off date for respective faculties.

The cut-off date for all the courses is May 11. The students were asked if the application submission date falls on any holiday, then a student can submit their application on the next following working day in university.
