HC grants interim stay on action against ad hoc professor
Aurangabad, July 18:
The Aurangabad bench of Bombay High Court comprising Justice S V Gangapurwala and Justice R N Ladda granted interim stay on the action being initiated against Dr Maruti Karale, ad hoc professor from Government Medical College of Latur.
According to details, a social activist made a complaint with the Health Director on June 9, 2021, that Dr Karale is giving his services in a private hospital.
He stated in the complaint that Dr Karale is flouting Government norms by working in a private hospital.
The health director set up a committee to take action against Dr Karale, who filed a petition through adv Suhas Urgunde.
The court granted an interim stay on the action of the health director against the petitioner.
