Aurangabad, Jan 4:

The Local crime branch arrested six dacoits of a gang in a case registered at the Phulambri police station. During interrogation all the six dacoits confessed they have also committed robbery at Shivajinagar, Kumbhephal and stole valuable amounting Rs 1.93 lakh. The court of juridical magistrate P H Joshi on Sunday granted all the dacoits in the police remand till January 5.

The arrested have been identified as Radhesham alias Raja Ramrao Chikhle (32, Partur, Jalna, presently staying at Pundliknagar), Balwan Chainsingh Pawar (25_, Bhimsingh Chainsingh Pawar (30, both residents of Muradpur, Distrist Guna, Madhya Pradesh, presently staying at Vanjarwadi, Aurangabad), Rajesh alias Bhalkar Vitthal Solanki (20), Hemraj Karansingh Solanki (19, both Savangi, Tuljapur Shivar, Aurangabad) and Krishna alias Balu Dhondiram Dahiwal (25, Baji Umrad District Jalna, presently residing at Prakashnagar, Ramnagar, Aurangabad).

Complainant, Mangesh Haribhau Zore 926, Sakharkherda, Sindhkhed, Buldhana, presently staying at Shivajinagar, Kumbhephal). Mangesh and his father works in private companies. On March 23, the dacoits entered in the house of Zore and stole valuables amounting Rs 1,93,500 threatening the family members to kill. A case was registered against the unidentified dacoits at the Karmad police station in this regard.
