Aurangabad, May 3:

Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Study Centre of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) will conduct an online lecture at 11 am on May 6 in memory of social reformer Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj.

Study Centre director Dr Kailas Ambhure said that various programmes would be held as the death centenary year of the great reformer.

A lecture by Indrajit Sawant, noted historian and writer from Kolhapur would be organised on Thursday.

Vice-chancellor Dr Pramod Yeole will preside over the programme.

Management Council member Dr Rajesh Karpe and Dr Fulchand Salampure will also grace the event.

Dr Kailas Ambhure appealed to all to attend the lecture.
