Aurangabad, July 19:
The installation ceremony of Lions Club of Aurangabad was concluded amid enthusiasm. Former Multiple chairman Girish Malpani administered oaths to the newly elected president Nirmala Zambad, secretary Mahendra Chaudhary, treasurer Vinod Agrawal and other office bearers. He also elaborated the importance, responsibilities and duties of the posts.
Multiple chairman Vivek Abhyankar address the audience while former president Usha Nagpal presided over. Speaking on the occasion, the newly elected president resolved to plant 10,000 saplings and to increase the inmates in the Bal Sadan. A floor of the building will be increased for which maximum funds will be collected. Nagpal felicitated the members doing excellent work by giving trophies. Flat prayer was recited by Satish Agrawal and welcome song by Rashmi Zambad. Outgoing secretary Madhuri Chaudhary read the works done in the past year. Malpani presented International pin to Sunila Kshtriya. Dr Shaikh Murtuza and Bhagwandas Kabra conducted the proceedings of the function while Mahendra Chaudhary proposed a vote of thanks.
Former MLC Subhash Zambad, Rajesh Bharuka, Rajesh Raut, Jagganath Kale, Rahul Ausekar, Milind Damodare, Mansukh Zambad, Vishal Ladniya, Paras Oswal, Mayur Jalnawala, R S Rakhwal, Mithalalji Kankriya, Madanlalji Lodha, Kashmira Nagpal, Dr Narayan Dale, Dr Ashok Bagadiya, Shaikh Ahmed, Dr Surendra Lathi, Satyanarayan Agrawal, Chandmal Surana, Riyaz Bakri, Bhavesh Patel, Balkisan Baldava, Maroti Phulari, Massuddin Sayyed, Hanumanprasad Bagdiya, Rishikesh Garewal, Narendra Kapadiya, Prakash Tanbi, Azim Siddiqui, Uma Agrawal and others were present.
