Aurangabad, Feb 3:

Many aspirants of undergraduate and postgraduate students were deprived of admissions within the jurisdiction of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu).

It may be noted that the admissions process for UG and PG for the academic year 2020-21 was delayed with the Novel coronavirus spread.

Those who were out of State and region were unable to take admission in the colleges because of the threat of getting infected from COVID.

The youths started returning to the city for the admissions as the number of patients of pandemic declining. The last date of admission ended recently.

The colleges showed them that the last date is over and they would not be admitted.

The students feel that they would lose one academic year just because of a few days. Even some colleges requested the university to resumed admission link to admit these students.

When contacted, university officials showed admission schedule.
