Aurangabad, March 4:

Sudhir Mutalik has been elected as the chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Sriram Narayanan, managing director at Endress Hauser (India) Automation Instrumentation Pvt Ltd, Aurangabad has been elected as the state vice chairman for the year 2021-22.

Sudhir Mutalik is the managing director, Positive Metering Pumps (I) Pvt Ltd, Pune. Mutalik said "We are committed to working with the state government for the growth and development of the industry through CII. Mutalik holds a BE (Mechanical) degree from the Government Engineering College, Karad. He is a member of the CII national council on MSMEs, director of the process plant machinery association and an active member of various industry bodies.

Shriram Narayanan has over 30 years of experience in product development, production planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain management, ERP implementation, greenfield projects and sales. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Production) and a PG degree in Business Administration (Marketing).
