Aurangabad, May 4:

The students of various postgraduate courses will take their examinations in affiliated colleges and departments of Dr Bababsaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) from May 5.

All the offline and online examinations of PG and undergraduate courses to be held between March 16 and April 15 were postponed because of the COVID situation.

Following the directives from Higher Education Department, the university will hold all the papers online. The UG examinations were also resumed from May 3 while PG students will appear from May 5. The PG examination will end in Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed and Osmanabad districts on May 26.

The PG courses included MA, M Com, MSc, MBA, M Ed and LLM.

Director of Board of Examination and Evaluation Dr Yogesh Patil said that the UG examination began smoothly on the first day after the postponement and a total of 19,384 candidates took the paper on Monday.
