Aurangabad, Feb 6:

Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) will conduct spot admission rounds for the vacant seats in postgraduate courses of Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, Physical Education, Social Sciences, on February 8.

The first and second centralised admission process (CAP) rounds were completed on February 4 and vacancy position was declared on Friday.

Deputy registrar (Postgraduate section) Dr Digamber Netke said that the online admission process for the academic year 2020-21 was carried out in 45 departments of the city campus and 10 in Osmanababd sub-centre.

He said that the spot admissions round be held between10 am to 1 pm on Monday. The venue for the admissions in Science and Technology courses in the city campus is auditorium while for other courses, it will be in respective departments.

The details of PG subjects, available seats, reservation, fees, eligibility were made available on the university website. The seats in MSW College of Bamu campus will be available for the admissions.

Aspirants can collect and submit application form be 11 am and 1 pm while the merit list will be declared from 1 pm to 3 pm.

Candidates will be able to take admission provisionally at 4 pm onwards. Capt Dr Suresh Gaikwad is the chairman of the admission committee.
