Aurangabad, Jan 17:

Thieves stole the battery of a police vehicle parked in front of the traffic police cell near Kranti Chowk police station on Saturday morning.

Traffic policeman, Shaikh Akhtar Shaikh Imam, has been given a striking patrolling vehicle (MH 20 CU 0265). On Friday night, he deposited the vehicle at the cell after his duty. Next morning at around 9 am when Shaikh Akhtar went to the cell again to collect the vehicle, he found that the battery of the vehicle was missing. A case has been registered at the Kranti Chowk police station.
