Aurangabad, May 17: The industrial circles here have mourned the loss of industrialist Raghunandanlal Gupta. Terming him as an ace entrepreneur and good human being, they hailed his role as a pioneer of steel industry in Marathwada.

We have lost pioneer of steel industry

I am deeply saddened about the passing away of veteran industrialist and R L Steel Group Chairman Raghunandanlal Gupta. He was the pioneer of steel industry in Marathwada and mainstay of many social organisations. The industry here benefitted from experience and erudition. In his death, I have lost a dependable guide.

He was a guide and a father figure for many industrialists. He was the one who introduced the steel business through his company to Marathwada. He expanded Akar Tools and his long determination gave an opportunity to all companies of the group for achieving top position in their respective fields. There was no small or big for him and he loved everyone equally.
