Aurangabad, April 18:

The residents of the Connaught Place area despite paying the water tax regularly are getting water after eight days and that too with low pressure. They are facing severe inconvenience due to the water crisis.

The residents had given memorandums to the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) administrator, Astik Kumar Pandey and the water supply officer and demanded that the water supply should be regularized.

They said that they are getting water after eight days and that too for only 45 minutes only with low pressure. They are not getting adequate water. They have to bear the additional financial burden by getting water from the private tankers. Similarly, the timing of the water is not fixed, informed the resident Swati Smarth, Anagha Keskar, Aparna Kulkarni, Pushpa Taur, Babita Wankhede, Mangal Deshmukh, Anita Pimpalkar and others.
