Aurangabad, April 7:

As per the order of the district disaster management authority, measures related to food establishment are being implemented by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from March 5 to April 30, 2021, under 'Break the Chain'. Restaurants, hotels, eateries will be completely closed. However, the parcel service will be allowed from 7 am to 8 pm, said FDA joint commissioner S B Kodgire.

Home delivery, parcel service of food will be available from 7 am to 8 pm during this time. Staff involved in delivering food items must be vaccinated or have an RTPCR test negative report. Grocery stores can also perform home delivery of goods from 7 am to 8 pm. Kitchens will be allowed to continue work till 8 pm. All medical shops are allowed to continue business after 8 pm as an essential service. However, they should only sell the medicines after 8 pm. They are also advised not to sell any food items like ice cream, soft drinks after 8 pm.
