Zilla Parishad chief executive officer Dr Mangesh Gondawale today visited Waluj for reviewing various development works started under the cluster scheme. He also discussed various issues with the Gram Panchayat office bearers and made some suggestions.
The government is implementing a cluster scheme to provide various civic amenities in rural areas. This cluster includes Waluj, Jogeshwari and Kasoda. Development works like drainage line, gymnasium, bus stand, roads are proposed from the cluster fund. Block development officer Vijay Pardeshi, executive engineer S Qazi and others inspected the Waluj-Ramrai-Kasoda road. Sarpanch Saidabi Pathan, ZP member Ramdas Parodkar, deputy sarpanch Yogesh Argade, S C Lavhale also inspected the works. He directed to submit a proposal for a study room and a training center in Waluj gut no 361 and remove encroachments on weekly market space. Members Sachin Kakade, Bablu Pathan, Rahul Bhalerao and others were present.
