Aurangabad, Sept 24: The senior doctors will keep a watch on the Corona patients at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) at night. A time-table of the senior doctors to conduct visits during night has been prepared and was implemented from Thursday.
The doctors have been given duties during the night to know the problems of the medical services. Accordingly, the associate professors, assistant professors, and professors will take rounds at night. The Chief Executive Officer of Super Speciality Hospital, Dr Sudhir Chaudhary said, earlier an experiment was done where the senior doctors used to take rounds during the night under the hospital support system concept, proposed by dean Dr Kanan Yelikar. On these grounds, the senior doctors are taking rounds during night from Thursday to understand the problems in the patients services. It will be beneficial in improving the facilities, he said.
