Aurangabad, Jan 27: Stepping Stones High School celebrated the Republic Day on a grand scale physically as well as virtually live on Facebook. Steppers set everyone’s hearts racing by a picturesque version of patriotism in the form of songs, cultural dance, portraying harvest festivals in different parts of the country. Principal Dr Angelo Michael D’cruize gave the example of the havoc created by Covid-19 and appealed to the Steppers to be tolerant and be the vaccine for poverty, inequality, hatred and intolerance that still hinder the progress of the nation.

A trek after the programme on beautiful hills surrounded by the school turned out to be a great source of joy for the principal, staff, students and helpers. A heartfelt tribute to the martyrs, ceremonial salute, and the power of ‘Jana Gana Mana’ soaked everyone with pride and renewed their love for the country.
