Students to get 1 more opportunity to appear for MHT-CET
Aurangabad, Oct 24:
Those students who were unable to take MHT-CET from October 1 to 20 due to some unavoidable reasons will get another opportunity to appear for the test.
It may be noted that the State Common Entrance Test Cell (SCETC) conducted the CET from October 1 to 20 in two groups. The candidates of the first group- Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB)-appeared from October 1 to 9 while second group-Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) students took it from October 12 to 20.
During this period, the State CET Cell received many representations from candidates and their parents about their inability to appear in the examination due to various factors including heavy rainfall, transportation, power outage, COVID-19 symptoms etc. So, the SCETC proposes to hold additional sessions for such candidates.
They can apply on the link https://mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in). The application would be considered only after the successful payment of Rs 100 requisite fee.
The charges would be adjusted in the fee payable during the Centralised Admission Process. The link for making the payment would remain available up to October 26 (23:59:59 hours). The schedule of additional sessions would be made available on CET portaland the candidates would also be informed by SMS and email.
