Aurangabad, July 23:

The process for the transfer of more than 800 ASIs, head constables, Naiks and constables in the police station and special branches under the Aurangabad police commissionerate began from Friday. The process will be implemented for three days, and the actual transfers will be done after the scrutiny, informed the official sources.

The policemen served for five years on the same post or at the same place, and two years in various branches will be done under the supervision of the commissioner of police Dr Nikhil Gupta. Each transferee is being asked for his preferential place of transfer. If the vacant place is available at the preferred place, the transferee will be transferred immediately by accepting his choice, the officers mentioned.
