Aurangabad, July 23:

The general public has been banned in the forest at the Satara - Deolai area as there are wild animals. Still, many people go in the lake coming under the jurisdiction of the forest department, which is very dangerous. Hence, the forest department has warned the people that cases will be registered against the trespassers in the forest areas.

Leopards were spotted in the Satara - Deolai forest area. Hence, the residents should not wander here as a precautionary measure. Still, the forest guards, workers, and Jawans of the rapid action force saw some people coming into the forest. These people were given a warning.

Now, the residents are going to the natural lakes, Deolai Lake, and Satara lake for swimming despite several warnings. Moreover, there are several wild animals in the forest area which can cause a danger to the people coming for swimming in the lakes. Hence, a decision has been taken to register cases against them as per the forest laws, informed the deputy conservator of forest Arun Patil.
