Aurangabad, June 12:

A two-year-old boy died after falling from a gallery on the second floor of his house in Paithangate area on Saturday morning. The boy has been identified as Hasnain Nadeem Bagwan.

According to the information, Nadeem Bagwan does business at Jadhavwadi. As usual, he went to Jadhavwadi at 4 am on Saturday. His wife, three daughters and Hasnain were sleeping in the house on the second floor. Hasnain, who was sleeping next to his mother, woke up and went to the gallery to play. He collapsed while standing on the gallery's iron grill. He fell on his head and was seriously injured. Relatives present rushed him to Government Medical College and Hospital after the incident. The doctors there examined Hasnain and pronounced him dead. A case of accidental death was registered in the Kranti Chowk police station. Constable Syed Chand is further investigating the case.
