Aurangabad, March 3:

Commissioner of Police, Dr Nikhil Gupta, interacted with the residents of the Pundliknagar on February 3 and assured of immediate action against eve-teasers and drunkards standing on the road and teasing the girls and women. He assured the residents that the situation at Pundliknagar would change. Still, a hardcore criminal, Rishikesh Palodkar molested a school girl at Pundliknagar on March 2, one month after the meeting with the residents.

Several cases of molestation and house burgling are registered against Rishikesh. The Pundliknagar police earlier sent a proposal to the senior officers to banish him from the city. He then fled away to Nashik and returned a few days back. Now, he molested a school girl again on March 2. Hence, the residents are questioning the assurances by the CP.
