Woman commits suicide

Aurangabad, June 27:

Fed up with frequent torture from the drunkard husband, a woman committed suicide by hanging herself at Bharadi in Sillod tehsil. The deceased has been identified as Sangeeta Manik Sakhle (35), and her mother has lodged a complaint at the Sillod rural police station against the deceased’s husband.

Sangeeta committed suicide on June 14. Her mother, in her complaint, said that her daughter was frequently tortured physically and mentally by her husband Manik Sakhale in an inebriated condition. A case has been registered while API Pralhad Mundhe is further investigating the case.
