Aurangabad, July 10:
A woman committed suicide by consuming excessive medicine pills due to the frequent torture from a friend, who threatened to send the photo clicked with him before her marriage on the Whatsapp account of her husband. She died on July 2 while undergoing treatment. She wrote a letter and made a video clip while committing suicide.
The Satara police received the evidence and registered a case on July 9. The accused has been identified as Deepak Shelke (Deola, Ambajogai, Beed) is a teacher. Deceased Deepali Kiran Somwanshi (Arunoday Colony, Beed By-pass) was married to complainant Kiran Somwanshi a year back. Before marriage, she had clicked some photos with her friend accused Deepak Shelke.
Later, he started threatening her, saying that he will send the photos to her husband on his whatsapp number. Fed up with frequent torture, she committed suicide by consuming excessive medicine pills. She was immediately admitted to a private hospital, where she died while undergoing treatment on July 2.
Later, her relatives found her mobile phone, in which a suicide note and a video clip while committing suicide were found. She mentioned that she is committing suicide due to the frequent torture and threats from Shelke.
