Aurangabad, July 14:

An unidentified woman's dead body was found in a mysterious condition on Service Road of Waladgaon Shivar on Aurangabad-Ahmednagar Highway on Wednesday morning.

There are injury marks on the head and hands of the deceased. Whether it is an accident or murder is a mystery.

Many heavy vehicles park in parking near the service road.

A former member of Pandharpur Gram Panchayat Nanasaheb Rahate,

Suraj Deore, Omkar Kale, who were on a morning walk when they saw a body of a woman lying in a pool of blood beside the road.

Residents informed MIDC Waluj Police about it.

PSI Rajendra Bangar, head constable Mohan Patil, Dr Sumedh Jadhav from 108 ambulance reached the spot. Satara Police Station was also informed the spot falls within its jurisdiction.

PSI Sambhaji Gore, constables Keshav Bargaje, police Patil of Waladgaon Prakash Mhaske, Lahu Muchak reached the spot and sent the body for postmortem to Government Hospital.

The deceased has fair colour and was wearing a red colour saree and blue blouse. She is in her 30s. PI of Satara Police Station Surendra Malale said that the preliminary report indicates that the victim was mentally disabled.
