Ziauddin Siddiqui was elected president of Muslim Numainda Council (MNC) in the meeting of its newly elected members held at Baitul Yatim of Shahi Masjid on October 2.

Ziauddin Siddiqui was elected its president. The programme began with the recitation of Quran by Maulana Hafiz Mohammed Sharif Nizami.

Syed Amjaduddin Quadri conducted the whole process of election. The names of new office-bearers is as follows; Hafiz Mohammed Sharif Nizami ,Maulana Abdull Qavi Falahi and Maulana Noman Nadvi (vice-presidents), Meraj Siddiqui (general secretary), Mirza Salim Baig, Abdul Moin Hashar Khan, Abdul Mannan Khan, Moham Mujtaboddin, Syed Ahmed Quadri (all secretaries) and Abdul Qayyum Nadvi (treasurer).
