New Delhi [India], April 22: Gurugram-based and one of India's leading property consulting firms INFRAMANTRA has been awarded 'Channel Partner of the Year' at the Times Realty & Infrastructure Conclave 2025 by The Times of India.

The award was received by founders Shiwang Suraj and Garvit Tiwari who set up the company in 2017 with a mission to seamlessly guide customers through the journey of searching, discovering, purchasing, and managing residential and commercial properties built by India's top real estate developers.

The company is a key player in the Gurugram, Noida and Pune markets; and have been instrumental in selling high-end luxury projects like Tulip Crimson in Sector 70 on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), and Vatika Sovereign Park, Westin Residences by Whiteland, Sobha Altus on Dwarka expressway, two of Gurugram's most sought-after micromarkets.

On back of an outstanding sales performance, the company also treated its employee to a leisure trip to Thailand.

The Times Realty and Infrastructure Award honoured individuals and companies across the real estate ecosystem; and brought together developers and channel partners. The award was handed over by renowned Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda.

The company has been on an award winning spree with two influential women from the company's leadership team - Prerna Sharma, Branding & Marketing Head and Tanvi Tiwari, Head of Business Development being felicitated for their outstanding contribution in the field of branding, marketing and business development respectively at the Economic Times Women Conclave 2025.

By the end of fiscal year 2023-24, the company clocked Rs 1000 crore worth of sales and increased its partnership to 70+ developers.
