Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], August 13: Innoterra has been honoured with the 'Most Innovative AgTech' award at the 6th Edition of the FICCI Agri Startup Awards 2024 for its groundbreaking bio-vaccine product, BanacXin. On August 5, 2024, Innoterra BioScience was honoured at the award ceremony for its significant contributions to combating critical fungal diseases in crops, including Fusarium Wilt TR4 and Sigatoka.

BanacXin, a product of Innoterra's bioscience business, is recognized for its revolutionary nature-derived microbial solution that has undergone rigorous multi-location and multi-season testing in India and the Philippines. This solution addresses the urgent need to sustain the banana supply chain and trade economics, which are severely impacted by pandemic fungal diseases.
