Prasoon Mukherjee, Chairman of Universal Success Enterprises Limited (USEL), Singapore, held a productive meeting with the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, to discuss a range of strategic investment opportunities aimed at deepening ASEAN–India economic collaboration.

A prominent industrialist with a significant footprint across the ASEAN region, Mr. Mukherjee explored the potential for establishing Special Economic Zones and expanding mining ventures in India. The discussions also covered pathways to enhance regional partnerships in line with India’s growing role in the global supply and energy ecosystems.

USEL is currently undertaking several large-scale infrastructure and sustainability projects across key Indian states. These include the development of integrated logistics parks in Assam, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal, a state-of-the-art data centre in West Bengal, and a 500 MW solar park in Gujarat. These initiatives reflect USEL’s long-term commitment to supporting India’s vision for inclusive growth, industrial transformation, and clean energy leadership.
