Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, went unsold in the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) mega auction. The all-rounder, who was part of the Mumbai Indians in previous seasons, did not attract any bids during the event. Arjun made his debut for Mumbai in the 2021 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and has since been known for his left-arm pace bowling and lower-order batting skills.

Tendulkar's IPL journey began in 2021 when Mumbai Indians picked him up for his base price of INR 20 lakh. Despite an injury ruling him out of that season, he was reselected by the franchise in 2022 for INR 30 lakh. His debut in the IPL came in 2023, where he made an impact by claiming his first IPL wicket against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The young all-rounder has shown potential with 37 wickets in 17 first-class matches and a highest score of 120 in domestic cricket. However, with no bids coming his way in this year’s auction, Arjun Tendulkar will not be part of the IPL 2024 season.
