Chennai Super Kings have welcomed veteran off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin back to the team camp ahead of IPL 2025. The franchise announced his arrival with a heartwarming video on social media on Thursday. CSK shared a special video on their official social media handles to celebrate Ashwin’s return. The post was captioned, "Ashwin. Homecoming On Time… Oh the feels."
This marks a homecoming for Ashwin, who began his IPL journey with CSK in 2009. He played for the team until 2015, taking 90 wickets in 97 matches at an average of 24.22. His best figures for CSK were 3/16, with an economy rate of 6.46.
