Sai Sudharsan extended his strong form with the bat as Gujarat Titans secured a commanding 58-run victory over Rajasthan Royals in their IPL 2025 match on Wednesday. Sudharsan’s 82 guided Gujarat to a total of 217 for six after being sent in to bat. Rajasthan struggled in the chase and were bowled out for 159 in 19.2 overs.
This was Gujarat’s fourth consecutive win, taking them to the top of the 10-team standings with eight points from five matches. Rajasthan, with three losses in five games, remained in seventh place.
Sanju Samson led Rajasthan’s resistance with a 28-ball 41, which included four boundaries and two sixes. Shimron Hetmyer also contributed with 52 off 32 balls, but their dismissals ended Rajasthan’s hopes of a successful chase. Gujarat used six bowlers, all of whom took wickets, with Prasidh Krishna leading the attack with figures of 3/24.
